Jack Kellerstrass

Jack Kellerstrass serves as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at C&C Complete Services, bringing nearly two decades of experience in business development, sales leadership, and client relationship management within the commercial services and disaster restoration industries.

Prior to joining C&C Complete Services, Jack spent nine years with ServiceMaster, where he developed extensive expertise in disaster restoration and emergency response. He then spent more than nine years with Total Quality Building Services, expanding his experience in commercial facility services, strategic account management, and long-term client partnerships. Jack holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Mold Remediation, providing him with a strong technical understanding of the restoration process. His industry knowledge enables him to guide clients through complex property losses while developing proactive solutions to help protect their buildings and operations.

Throughout his career, Jack has been committed to building strong relationships and helping commercial property owners and managers navigate complex property challenges. His customer-focused approach, technical expertise, and dedication to delivering exceptional service support C&C Complete Services' mission of providing responsive, reliable restoration, environmental, and reconstruction solutions.


Sharon Toepfer Burns
President
Toepfer Construction Company, Inc.
Sharon began working at Toepfer Construction in 1981. She is involved in all aspects of the company and focuses on instilling customer service ideals in the employees. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Maryland.
