NVAA's annual Fall Membership Meeting is an opportunity to hear from Association leaders about the accomplishments of the past year and upcoming programs, as well as connect with your fellow members. The results of this year's Board of Directors election will also be announced, and there will be one last chance for members to cast their vote for proposed revisions to NVAA's Bylaws.

This event is ideal for investors and owners, property managers, leasing agents, and others on your onsite teams.

In conjunction with the Fall Membership Meeting, we will have a Trade Show featuring NVAA-member vendors. Attendees will be given a Bingo Card to be stamped by each vendor. Completed cards will be entered into a drawing for a variety of gift cards valued between $75 and $500!

11:00 AM - Attendees arrive; Trade Show, Lunch, and Networking
1:00 PM - NVAA Business Meeting Begins
1:30 PM - Educational Presentation and Discussion
2:15 PM - Gift Card Drawings

TRADE SHOW PARTICIPATION

• Each vendor will be provided a 6' table and 2 chairs. Registration includes 2 attendees.
  
• Existing NVAA Vendors: Engage with key decision-makers, showcase your latest products or services, and strengthen your existing relationships within the community.
• Prospective Vendors: If you're looking to enter the NVAA community, this event is an invaluable opportunity to have one-on-one conversations with those who make purchasing decisions. Understand their unique needs and how your offerings can provide solutions. A maximum of 5 NVAA nonmember vendor slots are available.
• Industry Innovators: Are you at the forefront of a new product or service in the apartment industry? This event could be the perfect place to gain visibility and find potential collaborators or clients.
