Looking for a fun event and an opportunity to make a difference? NVAA's Young Professionals Committee has what you're looking for: a Bowling Fundraiser to benefit Bridges to Independence!

Whether you're a frequent bowler or you've not bowled in a long time, the Bowling Fundraiser is the perfect event. You can be as competitive as you'd like, or you can socialize while you bowl. And you don't even have to bowl--you can socialize with your fellow NVAA members, root on the other bowlers, enjoy some food and drink, and learn more about our charity partner!

A portion of every registration fee and sponsorship will be donated to Bridges to Independence, and there will be a representative on site during the event to collect direct contributions. There are a number of sponsorship opportunities available as well:
--Companies can sponsor the event itself;
--Companies can pledge per spare or per strike, up to a maximum of $500; or
--Companies can sponsor a specific component of the event (food and drink, trophies, etc.)



Bridges to Independence, established in 1985, is focused on helping families experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or systemic poverty move toward empowerment and stability. Core programming includes operating Arlington County’s largest emergency family shelter, providing housing through a Rapid Rehousing model, offering referral services through a Community Services Center in Green Valley, and providing supportive service programming such as workforce development, youth development, and case management.
