With the Northern Virginia area still digging out of snow and ice, and the groundhog's predictions for six more weeks of winter, thoughts of spring may be on the back burner for a little while longer. But once spring, well, springs, will your properties be ready? Will you have taken care of any issues the winter season caused? And will your tenants and employees be safe?
There's a lot to think about and prepare for, which is why NVAA has once again assembled a panel of industry experts to address issues you should be considering, including:
- Vent and duct cleanup, to make sure any winter visitors or debris are cleared before problems occur
- Mold remediation (certainly a topic all year long)
- Pest control, so no unwelcome guests take up residence in your property
- Landscaping plans and potential issues to think about
