Event Information

Join us for the annual Legislative Update provided by, Zach LeMaster of GentryLocke. He will review legislation that all property managers, owners, and leasing agents must be aware of, which will go into effect on July 1, 2024.

We will have a Trade Show of select NVAA Vendors in conjunction with the Legislative Update. Attendees will be given a Bingo Card to be stamped by each vendor. Completed cards will be entered into a drawing for various gift cards totaling $1,000.

Special Guest - Delegate Marcus Simon

Delegate Simon has been a member of the House since 2014. He represents the 13th District, which is comprised of the City of Falls Church and parts of Fairfax County. He previously served as Chair of the Privileges and Elections Committee. Delegate Simon serves on the Virginia Redistricting Committee.

• Industry Innovators: Are you at the forefront of a new product or service in the apartment industry? This event could be the perfect place to gain visibility and find potential collaborators or clients.
• Each vendor will be provided a 6' table and 2 chairs. Registration includes 2 attendees.
